Scoop Neck – Add a Necklace?

I’ve been playing with not wearing necklaces. I used to think any neckline that exposed your chest was a perfect frame for a beautiful necklace and that not wearing a necklace made the look unfinished. While I still think a scoop neck provides an excellent frame for a necklace, I have started to let the dress AND myself be the main statement. LOL! I find that my eyes fixate much more on the outfit when I don’t wear a necklace.

I also noticed that when I wear a dressier shoe and no necklace, my outfit actually tends to look dressier. Crazy enough, when I wear a super casual shoe and no necklace, my outfit looks super casual.
