Soludos: Excellent Travel Shoes

Shoes: Soludos Day of the Dead slip-on, Soludos Llama slip-on; Shirt: Etsy; Jeans: 7 for All Mankind

I heard about Soludos from, you guessed it, Instagram. I was immediately drawn to the brand because of the amazingly adorable fuzzy terry cloth images on these slip-ons. The company’s creativity stuck with me, and again I was haunted by the shoes, until I relinquished all control and bought a pair.

Once I bought one pair and experienced the soft cork footbed and velvet outer layer, I then purchased a second pair. The first pair I bought was the Day of the Dead skull slip-ons and then the Llama pair. I even bought my mother and mother-in-law a pair, dancing horses with poms poms!

Overall, I highly recommend. They are soft and comfortable. I have even worn them for entire days, and my feet did not hurt. The only thing I will say is if it’s hot outside, my feet did tend to get a bit warm as well (maybe this goes to breathability?). Beyond that, I still highly recommend.

Soludos has really expanded their brand from when I made my first purchase. They now sell espadrilles, mules, sneakers, and even clothing. I find many of the products to be a bit pricey, so I usually wait until there is a sale. And of course, I’m posting right now because there is one! 25% sitewide going on now.

P.S. The Day of the Dead slip-ons are also found on Amazon (linked above).

XOXO
